NEW PARTNERSHIP TO BUILD TWO BRANDED RESORTS IN THAILAND THIS YEAR

yooPhuket is a 256-unit high-end mixed-use development, with freehold ownership offered to foreign buyers and prices ranging from €90,000 for a 55 sqm one-bedroom apartment, through to a quarter fractional ownership of a 33 sqm furnished studio unit starting at €28,500.
The resort will feature a 55m infinity pool, poolside cafe, gym, business centre and a concierge service to book local golf, sailing and fishing tours. An optional rental program with full resort-style management will be offered to buyers.
As part of the agreement, Yoo will design all the interiors of the project, with planning and construction handled by Absolute.
Construction is scheduled for completion by 2011, with the launch of the partnership’s second project, yooSamui, expected this spring.
